Our beautiful new daughter, Georgia Kathleen, was born Septemeber 18th, 2008 @ 11:43AM. She weighed 7 pounds 7 ounces and was 19 3/4 inches long.

My goals for 2008

Every year I tend to make resolutions and break them within the first two weeks. LOL This year I decided I would set professional and personal goals, and give myself a time limit for each goal to be accomplished. Here are a few I am sharing with you.

Professional Goals:

• Organize my business (paperwork, advertising, etc.)
• Make a website
• Experiment with my camera
• Complete a workshop or two

Personal Goals:

• Get organized (my main goal)
• Eat healthy
• Play more/work less
• Make time to take pictures for pleasure, not just business
• Remember everyone's birthday (this is a hard one, lol)

My favorite photographs of 2007

2007 has been a great year for me. I have begun the journey into professional photography and have learned so much in the past 12 months. My husband bought me a Nikon D80 this summer and with it I gained the confidence to take photographs for other people. I have met many new people and am grateful to all of those who have been willing to let me practice.

I was going to pick one picture to be my favorite of 2007 but I just could not decide. There are way too many to choose from. Then I was going to choose one from each category, but I still had too many to choose from! So I have finally narrowed it down to 3 from each category, although I have many, many more favorites. :) Here they are in no particular order. (Don't mind the differing logos, LOL, I am still experimenting!)
